Welcome to the first Spectrio newsletter!
This newsletter will give you a chance to learn what's going on inside Spectrio, become better acquainted with our team, learn marketing strategies and gain insight into new products and services that can benefit your company.
We hope you received our merger announcement in September, but in case you missed it... AMS (Audio Messaging Solutions, LLC) and IOHI (Impressions on Hold) have joined together and rebranded as Spectrio, creating one of the nation's leading telephone on-hold messaging providers.
But what exactly does Spectrio mean? It refers to the spectrum of sound, sight and feeling. It engages the senses, enhances customer experiences, and increases our clients' business.
Perhaps you only know us as a message on-hold provider...but as Spectrio, we are now able to offer you a more complete array of services, including audio and video solutions, for all your customer touch points. Whether you have a caller on hold, a customer in your store, office or restaurant, clients in a waiting area, or you need an interactive kiosk for demos, we can help you connect with your customers in many unique ways. Jiffy Lube® International, Inc. With more than 2,000 service centers in North America, JLI services approximately 24 million customers each year.
Spectrio (formerly IOHI) provides call handling systems and on-hold messages for multiple Jiffy Lube franchise groups. In addition to these custom audio solutions, Spectrio also improves the customer experience in Jiffy Lube’s service waiting areas with VideoCast digital signage.
Jiffy Lube specials are cross-promoted on both their phone messages and digital signage to target at-home and in-store customers and prospective customers. The Spectrio VideoCast solution has been integrated with existing waiting room monitors for many locations and commercial-grade monitors were installed for those customer lounges which required additional hardware. Custom product and branding videos are programmed to interrupt a live television feed at designated intervals. Other branded Jiffy Lube ads rotate in additional zones on the screens. There are also options for a custom ticker and current time and temperature.
“Getting my digital signage solutions in place has been easy and Spectrio is a great company to work with,” said Chris Burns, Jiffy Lube franchisee and President, STC Management LLC. “The content is targeted and branded for Jiffy Lube and I am even able to include a real-time feed with the time and temperature displayed in a zone on the screens, plus I can change the content remotely any time I want. VideoCast custom content and call handling solutions assist Jiffy Lube franchisees in increasing sales, improving customer service and the customer experience, up-selling and informing customers of products and services they may not be aware of. The content reflects Jiffy Lube’s other marketing initiatives, as well as reinforces their brand identity.

The screen presentation is very professionally done and I really like the breaks in the TV broadcast to explain the different services that Jiffy Lube offers. Across the country, one in six people struggles with hunger. The holidays can be especially tough for those less fortunate. As a part of our commitment to our communities, Spectrio is hosting Thanksgiving food drives in our Oldsmar and Tulsa offices.
From November 1st through the 18th, we will collect canned and non-perishable food to be donated to local food banks. The company will be matching our donations one dollar per pound of food collected, for extra impact!
On November 18th, we will weigh our donation boxes and then the donations will be taken to the following food banks:
Oldsmar office - Feeding America Tampa Bay
Tulsa office - Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma |
