Spectrio, a full-service audio and video marketing company, has announced the acquisition of Vericom Corp., [www.spectrio.com] a 25-year veteran in healthcare communications.
Spectrio said it will incorporate Vericom’s SoundCare on-hold messaging and ChannelCare digital signage into its array of communications products currently focused in industries such as automotive, retail, restaurant and healthcare.
According to Spectrio, its subscriber growth spans multiple and diverse industries with healthcare penetration rapidly becoming a core component of this overall growth strategy.
