The video feed helps the company’s product awareness, Tarnay said. This is because USFantasy doesn’t market its product outside of Nevada, so tourists often have never heard of the company.
The video feed into the casinos is vital, Tarnay said, to spark interest and product education to this sector. The video feed is also used to push people to the company website for further information on USFantasy Sports’ product and goals.
Tarnay described the marketing and branding benefits from having Enplug’s digital signage software screens installed.
“Often times it is the video feed that gets people to ask questions about the USFantasy Sports product,” he said. “The sports book employees can then explain what the company offers. Or the company gets direct queries from customers through the website’s ‘contact us’ page, where people will often mention seeing the company’s video feed in the casinos.”
